ON WEDNESDAY, THE TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE HELD THEIR SCHEDULED MEETING AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE WOODFORD COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND THE 2ND FLOOR COURTROOM:

 

MEMBERS PRESENT:  Doug Blandford, Chris Cobler, Buan Smith, Bruce Southworth, Pattie Wilson

 

MINUTES:  With there being no additions or corrections, the October 15th minutes were approved, as submitted. 

 

Final Townhouse Plat – Woodamere Townhomes, Unit 1 – Beech Street – R-3 District.

 

Mr. Scott Moore attended the meeting in representation of this meeting.

 

TRC Deficiencies were listed as follows:

 

1.                   Show all existing and proposed utility easements with dimensions.

2.                   Complete Deed Book and Page # in notes.

3.                   Is Sidewalk completed along Beech St.

4.                   Change retention to detention in the title of the Maintenance Note.

5.                   Show owners signature and revise the wording of the certification and add Deed Book & Page #’s.

6.                   Show land surveyors signature.

7.                   Submit utility easement approval sign-offs from each utility company.

8.                   Submit street name and address approval sign-offs from E-911 Coordinator.

9.                   Submit digital copy of plat referencing Application# 2007-052.

10.               Submit a reduced 8 ½ x 11 copy of plat.

TRC Deficiencies were listed as follows:

 

1.                   Show a Purpose of Plat note.

2.                   Show and define retention easement inside of the open space area.

3.                   Must plant trees to replace all cut down on site.  Agreed to plant 2 for 1.  Provide a landscape plan for this and add the appropriate notes.

4.                   Add notes on plat regarding maintenance and ownership of this area and that it is no-buildable.  Also address access ways and that they can’t be blocked etc.

5.                   Show owners signature.

6.                   Show land surveyors signature.

7.                   Submit a digital copy of plat referencing Application # 2007-076.

8.                   Submit a reduced 8 ½ x 11 copy of plat.
