Specify when
80% of lots have Certificates of Occupancy or 2 years have passed, whichever
comes first that final improvements must occur. If not an extension may be
granted by Commission but CD or ILOC amount will increase by a minimum of 10%
or as determined by applicable Engineer.
1.9.09 Default
Specify if improvements are completed as specified the CD or ILOC can be
cashed by governing body and improvements can be completed with those funds,
including any earned interest.
1.8.13 (E) As-Built
Drawings Specify what form As-Builts will be
submitted in.
1.8.15 Posting
of Defect Security Specify that a CD or ILOC from a

Defect Security -Specify that the Defect Security is a CD or ILOC from a
Woodford County bank as approved by the Commission and it is payable to
appropriate legislative body and held by said legislative body.
1.10.04 Performance
Guarantee Add that security must be in the form of a CD or ILOC approved by
Commission.
