separate CD for street trees.

Extensions and Substitutions
Specify
when 80% of lots have Certificates of Occupancy or 2 years have passed,

may be granted by Commission but CD amount will increase by a minimum of 10% or
as determined by applicable Engineer.

Default Specify if improvements are completed as specified the CD can be
cashed by governing body and improvements can be completed with those funds,
including any earned interest.

Defect Security -Specify that the Defect Security is only a CD as approved by
the Commission and it is payable to appropriate legislative body and Subdivider
and held by said legislative body.
