PUBLIC HEARING:              DIMENSIONAL VARIANCE – Casey and Michelle Lavin

03-004-2008                         2600 Lillards Ferry Rd – CO-1 Zone – Section 721.6 – Applicant is seeking an 8’ side yard variance from the required minimum side yard of 25 feet in order to rebuild a home that was fire damaged.

 

PUBLIC HEARING:                        DIMENSIONAL VARIANCE – Jeff O’Day – 260 Crossfield

03-005-2008                         Drive B I-1 Zoning District B Section 508.2 & 718.6 Applicant is seeking a 20’ variance from the required     25’ setback for a wall sign in the I-1 zone in order to allow existing and future freestanding signs in the front yard.

 

PUBLIC HEARING:              DIMENSIONAL VARIANCE – Shelby Jean Tipton – 3405 and 03-006-2008   3445 Scotts Ferry Rd. West – A-1 Zoning District –       Section 701.6.

 

                                                3405 Scotts Ferry – Applicant is seeking a 17 foot side                                          yard variance and a 65 foot rear yard variance from the                                         minimum setback of 80 feet in order to make an                                                          existing residence conform to the setbacks

 

                                                3445 Scotts Ferry – Applicant is seeking a 55 foot front                                         yard variance from the minimum required 80 foot                                                    setback along Scotts Ferry Road and a 60 foot front                                                  yard variance from the minimum required 80 foot                                                      setback along the Bluegrass Parkway in order to make                                     an existing legal lot of record be buildable.
