the undersigned hereby appeal to the Versailles-Midway-Woodford County,
Kentucky, Board of Adjustment for authorization of a (Building Permit) or

accordance with the 1994 Amended
Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Zoning Ordinance adopted and in force
as of August 1994 and as subsequently amended.

of variance requested.
Specifically describe how each CRITERIUM applies to the
property:
A. How does the requested variance arise
from special circumstances which do not generally apply to land in the general
vicinity, or in the same zone?
B. Why would the strict application of the
provisions of the regulation deprive the applicant of a reasonable use of the
land or why would it create an unnecessary hardship on the applicant?
C. Why are such special circumstances not
the result of actions of the applicant taken subsequent to the adoption of the
zoning regulation?
D. List the reasons that the variance would
not adversely affect the public health, safety and welfare, and why it will not
alter the essential character of the general vicinity, and will not cause a
hazard or nuisance to the public.

In accordance with Article IV, Section 401C, the Board
reviewed the appeal for a variance to the requirements of Section of the Zoning Ordinance and have applied the
following criteria:
1. The requested variance arises from
special circumstances which do not generally apply to land in the general
vicinity, or in the same zone;
2. The strict application of the provisions
of the regulation would deprive the applicant of a reasonable use of the land
or would create an unnecessary hardship on the applicant;
3. Such special circumstances are not the
result of actions of the applicant taken subsequent to the adoption of the
zoning regulation, and;
4. Reasons that the variance would not
adversely affect the public health, safety and welfare, and will not alter the
essential character of the general vicinity, and will not cause a hazard or
nuisance to the public.
